Defective items will be exchanged upon notification of receipt of defective item at time of delivery.

All items are shipped from the US, within the US via USPS Priority Mail insured,  or via First Class Package  insured,  with tracking. For security reasons, we only ship to address listed on order. No exceptions. Please ensure your shipping address is deliverable and up to date when ordering.

Alternate shipping carriers can be requested prior to ordering. Shipping pricing will reflect the specific carrier's pricing. Please contact us prior to ordering for a quote.

International customers may inquire on overseas shipping. However,  shipping from US abroad is typically much more expensive than shipping from over seas to the US.
