Defective items will be exchanged upon notification of receipt of defective item at time of delivery.

All items are shipped from the US, within the US via USPS Priority Mail insured,  or via First Class Package  insured,  with tracking. For security reasons, we only ship to address listed on order. No exceptions. Please ensure your shipping address is deliverable and up to date when ordering.

Alternate shipping carriers can be requested prior to ordering. Shipping pricing will reflect the specific carrier's pricing. Please contact us prior to ordering for a quote.

International customers may inquire on overseas shipping. However,  shipping from US abroad is typically much more expensive than shipping from over seas to the US. 

 

Voodoo staff is made to order and typically ships within 5-7 business days.

Due to delivery issues with USPS during the holiday season and current delays the remainder of the year, it is recommended orders are placed early enough to allow for processing and transit times (12 business day minimum) for on-time delivery.
